if you mean title of photo on homepage just open the page in Editor and then click on the Photo. A new window opens where you can change the photo and edit the title (Caption) and / or subtitle. If you don't want to have a title on your photo just click on the Style and settings tab and change Visual style to one without text's (e.g. second one in list).
